The building is designed using materials and forms reflecting the character of the local area
Improved pedestrian crossing point on Stokesley Road and better access including a new right turn lane and relocated bus stop with new shelter
117 parking spaces, including 6 accessible, 9 parent and child spaces, two rapid electric vehicle charging points and 20 cycle spaces
Around 40 jobs for local people including full and part-time roles, with entry-level colleagues receiving Lidl’s competitive £13 per hour starting pay
Lidl has an ongoing commitment to enhance the environmental sustainability of its stores. A range of technology is used in store to minimise energy use, while rapid electric vehicle charging bays are provided in the car park and solar panels are on the store’s roof
